MIND THE GAP

GUN 7 - The long-awaited, penultimate issue of the SLAUGHTERBALL series is ready to be released! So much has happened in the gap! For one thing, the new format popularised by DC’s Black Label & DSTLRY imprints, Prestige Plus, it’s perfect bound and slightly oversized, like old Heavy Metal or Epic Illustrated magazines. This is a very art-forward format, the type remains set at the same size giving the art more room to breathe.

In the gap between the last issue and this one I’ve run out of inventory on the first 3 parts of the Slaughterball cycle, knowing that I’d have to reprint them in advance of the new issue, I reformatted all of them in the new format. Newcomers would get a dynamic introduction to the series and diehards who collected the earlier issues would have a bold new twist to revisit before the new issue! Each issue has a new wraparound cover, a few extra pages and some more surprises.
